Just for the fun of it...because isn't that what Stampin' Up! is really all about? Just plain having fun. I was working on a completely different project when I needed to round the corners of one of my pieces. So I grabbed my Project Life Corner Rounder Punch and started to punch the piece. I wanted to see if it would round both corners if I stuck the piece in straight (instead of just the corner like you're supposed to). Needless to say, it didn't work the way I wondered if it would. I looked and thought "Ha! That looks like a smiley face!" So I grabbed my 1/16" handheld circle punch and made some "eyes". My daughter walked in and just LOVED the smiley face so I decided to make a card out of it.
Create the smiley faces along the bottom of your Daffodil Delight Card base using the same steps. Be careful using the corner rounder punch on the bottom of your card, due to the edging on the inside of the punch (used to hold the corner of your project in place while you punch) it's a bit more difficult. Adhere the 1" pieces to the card base with SNAIL adhesive. Cut your pieces on the far end shorter to make sure you can fit the stamp "Best. Day. Ever." Place a 1" x 5-1/2" strip of Pacific Point Card Stock behind the smiley faces at the bottom of the card.
