You know what I love about My Paper Pumpkin? It's quick, easy, and comes with everything you need to create the project. We are in the process of moving and, sadly, my craft room has already been packed. :(
The other day I started having some medical problems and (long story, short), I had a wonderful friend who dropped everything without a second thought and took all my kids for me. We ended up being at the hospital until past 11:30pm, by the time we got back home so she could go home to her own family it was past midnight - on a school night, which meant she'd have to be getting up in a few hours to get her own kids ready for school. She never once complained or acted like it was a sacrifice (though I know it was), she even called to check up on me a few times over the next few days. I thought "I *REALLY* need to make her a thank you card, but all my stamps are packed, my ink is packed and most of my accessories are packed...how are you supposed to make a card with no ink or stamps?" Then I remembered I had been storing my "My Paper Pumpkin" kits so that during our transition stage, before I have a new craft room set up, I will still have some crafting that I can do without having to find and unpack all my crafting supplies.
I started opening all my boxes praying for one project that could be used as a "Thank You". I found one (April 2015 Kit), so I was able to make this dear friend a card to let her know how much I appreciated all her hard work.

I love how the "thanks" on this gets lighter each time. To achieve this effect simply stamp the top one normally, the second one you will ink up your stamp then stamp it once on a scrap piece of paper, then stamp it on the card. The third time stamp it twice on the scrap paper and once on the card. and so on. Then stamp "(a lot)" in yellow.
My Paper Pumpkin is a great way to get crafting each month, even if you don't have much room to store a bunch of supplies. To get started with My Paper Pumpkin click here
